Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Leadership Role
About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Electrical and Mechanical Engineer to lead our design and implementation of engineering systems for various sectors.
Main Responsibilities- Design and manage electrical and mechanical engineering systems for projects across residential, office, commercial, healthcare, and institutional sectors.
- Develop design work for greenfield projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and technical requirements.
- Oversee site operations, including supervising M&E personnel, tracking progress, verifying drawings and materials, and managing method statement submissions and approvals to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records of M&E activities, including tests, defect rectifications, inspections, work progress, materials, equipment, and safety compliance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of experience in M&E design and implementation.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on Civil Engineering projects.
- Proven experience in the construction industry is essential.
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated initiative, self-drive, and ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
