Job Title: Electrical and Mechanical Project Lead

  • This role oversees, coordinates, and manages all electrical and mechanical works from design to completion.
  • Ensures compliance with codes and standards, resolves technical issues, leads the site team, and liaises with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Liaises closely with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors to address and resolve technical challenges effectively.
  • Leads and manages the site team to deliver quality outcomes that meet consultant specifications and client expectations.
  • Attends site-level coordination meetings to address and resolve technical challenges.
  • Supervises and guides personnel, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure works are executed in compliance with approved plans and specifications.
  • Reviews and verifies variation orders and reports progress or arising issues to the HQ.
  • Participates in site inspections and quality checks, and troubleshoots technical issues in electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Studies and analyzes consultant specifications, technical drawings, and design intent to identify discrepancies.
  • Organizes and leads monthly meetings, overseeing and coordinating all electrical and mechanical activities comprehensively.
  • Resolves issues that emerge during the defects liability period.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in main construction or sub-contracting environment.
