Job Title: Mechanical and Electrical Design Lead

  • The Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Design Lead will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of M&E systems for construction projects.">
  • This role requires collaboration with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure integration and coordination of M&E systems with overall project design.">
  • Responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing project specifications, drawings, and technical documents, preparing and presenting technical proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.">
  • The successful candidate must have experience in managing and leading a team of engineers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the design and construction of M&E systems.">
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field is required, along with minimum 4-6 years of experience in M&E design and engineering, preferably in the construction or design industry.">
