As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Relationship Managers in delivering exceptional client service to high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients from Greater China and the broader Asia region. Your primary responsibility will be to lead client onboarding, ensuring that all documentation meets stringent regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day operational support to Relationship Managers across various tasks
- Coordinate with partner banks for trade and cash settlement and reconciliation
- Maintain and update client portfolios, resolving any documentation gaps that may arise
- Ensure that all activities adhere to relevant compliance requirements and internal policies
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless client servicing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in private banking, EAM, or a related field
- Strong command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively service Mandarin-speaking clients
- Familiarity with the Greater China/Asian wealth management market
- Must have experience in an ARM role from EAM
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with private banking platforms is advantageous
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements; RNF status is a plus
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and a strong team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
