Job Title: Client Service Coordinator

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the client's business requirements are met, and that they receive consistent and high-quality service.

  • You will provide support to clients by responding to their enquiries and requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that clients' operational requirements are met.
  • You will identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our services.
  • You will maintain accurate records and reports to ensure that clients are kept informed about their orders and other related matters.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in order management or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work accurately with large datasets and attention to detail.
