Job Leader for Process Improvement

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Job Leader for Process Improvement. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading our consumables Process Engineering team to achieve all team goals and objectives.


This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, interacting with customers, and managing team development through training, coaching, and career mapping.


To succeed in this position, the ideal candidate should have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Physics/Material Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Wafer Fab or Bump Fab.
  • Minimum 5 years of management-level experience.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to process capability and continuous improvement plans to meet customer expectations. This includes developing strategies for material disposition to meet customer delivery requirements.


A strong understanding of NPI, yield enhancement, cost reduction, and productivity improvement principles is essential. Interacting with customers on special requests, audits, and visits will also be part of the job responsibilities.


We are looking for a dedicated individual who can plan resources to ensure technical strength and talent in the team is competitive. A focus on team development, productivity improvement, strategy, process engineering, and project management skills will be beneficial.


In addition to these qualifications, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others are crucial for success in this role.
