About the Role:The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruiting top talent for maritime and shipping roles, with a strong network of contacts and connections within the industry.
You will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and placing candidates for various positions across different departments, including ship owners, shipyards, engineers, consultancies, registries, class societies, training providers, equipment suppliers, technology firms, port agencies, law firms, and P&I clubs.
Our clients represent a diverse range of businesses across the maritime sector, and you will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing and selecting top talent for maritime and shipping roles
- Building relationships with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional service
- Developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet client needs
- Maintaining accurate records and reports on recruitment activities
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven track record in recruitment, preferably in the maritime or shipping industry
- Strong network of contacts and connections within the industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Base salary between SGD 5,000 and SGD 6,500 per month, depending on experience
