Sports Booking Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sports Booking Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sports department, you will be responsible for managing member bookings and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Member Service: Provide excellent service to members at the sports booking counter during shift hours.
  • Booking Management: Handle walk-in and phone requests for member bookings and related enquiries.
  • System Proficiency: Utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system and other software applications to manage bookings and provide efficient service.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in POS systems and software applications.
