Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to members at the Sports Booking Counter during shift hours, handling their bookings and inquiries efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Preferably GCE N/O Levels or equivalent qualifications in Services Management, Hospitality Operations, Event Management, Sport Management, or Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in oral and written English, with an additional language being an asset for liaison purposes.
  • At least one year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in frontline services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a positive disposition and teamwork capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work a rotated 5.5-day schedule.
