About the Role:
SKYLINK ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Onsite Recovery Technician/Senior Technician to join our team. As a key member of our mobility solutions team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient recovery of vehicles from roadside breakdowns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to diagnose and repair mechanical issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
- Collaborate with our team to ensure timely and effective vehicle recovery and repair
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our services
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in vehicle recovery and repair
- Class 3 driving license in Singapore
- Familiarity with commercial and passenger vehicles, including pneumatic systems and diesel engines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
