Job Title: Digital Infrastructure Transformation Manager


Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the digital transformation of our infrastructure, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive business growth and innovation. As a Digital Infrastructure Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the roadmap for Edge/Cloud infrastructure transformation, leading cross-functional teams, and tracking project performance.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, and DevOps, with a background in manufacturing environments
  • Hands-on experience with PTC Kepware, ThingWorx, and CI/CD integration using GitLab/GitHub
  • Proficiency in OpenStack VM, VMware, Red Hat OSV, and CAAS infrastructure
  • Expertise in container orchestration and scaling via APIs, virtualization, or portals
  • Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, InfluxDB, and other databases, including migration and modernization
  • Proven ability in performance monitoring and optimization for scalability
  • Advanced skills in Kubernetes, OpenShift, containers, and cloud architectures
  • Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm)
  • Solid understanding of AWS and hybrid/multi-cloud strategies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation projects in complex enterprise settings
