Job Title: Digital Transformation Lead

Oversee the company's digital evolution by managing the SAP S/4 migration, MES deployment, and leading key digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the organization's digital transformation by leading IT service improvements, ensuring seamless operation, security, and modernization of IT and OT infrastructure.
  • Manage IT and OT infrastructure, including networks, servers, endpoints, and cybersecurity.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align digital and operational technology initiatives with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, and digital transformation, with a strong understanding of OT systems.
  • Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA migration and/or MES implementation.
  • Expertise in managing IT and OT infrastructure, including networks, servers, endpoints, and cybersecurity.
