Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Guest Services team as a Service Excellence Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every stay with us is nothing short of memorable.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Guest Services Department, ensuring seamless communication with guests from reservation through to post-checkout. They will also be responsible for implementing a consistent recognition program, managing guest profiles, and collaborating with other departments to drive quality and efficiency.

This role requires a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Guest Services Department, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and experience.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Manage guest relationships, handle complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordinated efforts to deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on guest interactions, feedback, and concerns.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Qualifications:
  • Higher diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a front office managerial position in a luxury hotel or upscale establishment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results and improving processes.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
