Job Title: Construction Quality Assurance Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of construction work performed on site, adhering to integrated management systems, specifications, and applicable legislative requirements.

  • This includes implementing and improving quality management systems to meet ISO standards.
  • The successful applicant will prepare and submit project quality plans and inspection/test plans for approval by consultants/owners.
  • Liaison with stakeholders including consultants, owners, and subcontractors will be a key aspect of this role.
  • The position requires monitoring, witnessing, and coordinating site works such as piling, concrete testing, etc. in collaboration with operational teams.
  • Candidate must be able to coordinate design and construction drawings with civil and M&E consultants to identify site constraints and resolve technical issues.

To excel in this role, candidates must have a strong understanding of quality management systems and experience in implementing and improving them.

A Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a related field is required, along with at least 10 years of QAQC experience in EPC projects. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in wastewater, desalination, water utility package projects.

Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to read, understand, and interpret technical requirements, quality procedures, drawings, and P&IDs.

  • Required Qualifications:
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or construction related field.
  • At least 10 Years of QAQC experiences in EPC projects.
  • Experience in wastewater, desalination, water utility package project is preferred.
  • Able to read, understand and interpret technical requirements, quality procedures, drawings, P&ID.
  • Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational and leadership skills.
  • Good communication skills and able to work with people from all levels.
