Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team.

  • This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of construction projects from initial design through to project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost estimation and budgeting
  • Preparation and management of tender and contract documents
  • Monitoring expenditures and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Liaising with project teams and managing client and contractor relationships
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Engineering, Building, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Senior Construction Manager in the construction industry
  • Good understanding of construction contracts and ability to interpret technical drawings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver complex construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all aspects of the project are coordinated effectively.

You will have a strong background in cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. You will be able to interpret technical drawings and specifications, and have a good understanding of construction law and regulations.

You will be responsible for preparing and managing tender and contract documents, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for liaising with project teams and managing client and contractor relationships.
