Job Title: Senior Site Engineer

  • Vita Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee civil, structural, and architectural works on-site. This role ensures high-quality delivery, safety, and compliance, while coordinating across disciplines to deliver complex construction projects.">
  • This includes civil, structural, and architectural activities such as groundworks, reinforced concrete, steel structures, and architectural finishes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical knowledge of CSA construction activities and be able to manage safety, quality, and compliance on-site.">
  • The Senior Site Engineer will also be responsible for coordinating with contractors and other disciplines, including MEP and commissioning, to support project integration and sequencing. They will track progress against schedule and quality benchmarks, identifying and reporting delays or issues to senior management.">
  • Additionally, the Senior Site Engineer will assist with RFIs, NCRs, submittals, and construction documentation as part of project controls. They will also conduct site surveys and setting out using appropriate instruments and tools.">
  • The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent, and at least 5 years of experience in a site-based engineering role, preferably on large-scale or complex construction projects.">
  • The job requires strong communication and leadership skills in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM platforms is preferred.">
  • The Senior Site Engineer will work closely with the project team to ensure that all CSA works adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate site records, QA/QC documentation, and daily progress reports.">
