BCM Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the planning and execution of Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our organization's ability to recover from disruptions and maintain continuity of operations.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
- Designing and implementing pre-activity preparations.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across various business functions for coordination and training purposes.
- Conducting BCM activities.
- Tracking and analyzing activity outcomes for reporting purposes.
In addition, the candidate will assist in reviewing and enhancing existing BCM workflows and staff aids to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proficient in Microsoft productivity tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Able to create clear, engaging, and effective digital content using suitable tools and online design platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to perform gap analysis and translate findings into improvements and tangible solutions.
- Meticulous and collaborative, comfortable working individually and as part of a team.
- Experience with BCM frameworks and processes is an advantage.
