Business Continuity Management Professional

This is a leadership role responsible for managing Business Continuity Management (BCM) frameworks and programs. The ideal candidate will have at least 12-15 years relevant experience in the BCM practice in Banking, strong experience across business and operational resilience, operational risk, and governance. A seasoned leader with at least 5 years in a management role is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of BCM specialists
  • Presenting during high-level discussions and meetings with senior stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
