Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate Client Onboarding Processes
- Conduct Due Diligence Investigations
- Manage Corporate Structures and Compliance Filings
- Oversee Bank Account Openings and Statutory Deadlines
- Serve as Named Company Secretary and Resident Director for select clients
- Lead a Team and Ensure Regulatory Compliance
- Stay up-to-date with IBIS System and Singapore Corporate Laws
As a Corporate Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion while working closely with various stakeholders.
