**Job Title:** Corporate Secretary Manager

We are seeking an experienced corporate secretariat professional to take full ownership of our clients' corporate secretarial functions.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of corporate secretarial work, including incorporations, annual filings, board resolutions, and share-related transactions.

They will handle onshore and offshore client portfolios, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, they will advise clients on corporate governance and compliance matters, as well as monitor and maintain accurate statutory registers and prepare board minutes, resolutions, and annual returns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of offshore company structures and compliance requirements, as well as proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in corporate governance, business administration, accountancy, or law
  • Minimum 5 years of corporate secretarial experience, preferably in a corporate service provider environment
  • Strong understanding of offshore company structures and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • CSIS Practising Certificate is a strong advantage
Benefits

This is an independent, standalone position with full portfolio ownership, providing exposure to onshore and offshore corporate structures, as well as opportunities to work with regional and international clients.
