We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with clients across various industries, driving business growth and improvement through cutting-edge SAP solutions.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading project teams, advising clients on industry-leading practices, and designing comprehensive business models within SAP SAC. You will also analyze application landscapes, perform SAP configuration and testing, and support change management execution.

Your role will involve developing diverse, high-performing teams through new and meaningful development opportunities. You will collaborate effectively to build productive relationships and networks, understand and lead the execution of key objectives and priorities, and align your team to key objectives while setting clear priorities and direction.

You will influence stakeholders, teams, and individuals positively – leading by example and providing equal opportunities for our people to grow, develop, and succeed.

Requirements

A good honors degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines.

Senior Consultant will require a minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance Module, completed at least an end-to-end full life cycle of SAP Plant Maintenance.

Some team leading experiences would be a plus. Demonstrated success in multi-cultural work environment. Sound understanding of business process, industry nuances, and leading practices in area of focus.

Ability to facilitate effective workshops to lead target state design. Ability to lead teams. Demonstrated excellence in conceiving and executing SAP solution. Broad understanding of SAP design. Appreciation of digital enterprise and emerging technologies.
