Job Title: Strategic Business Solutions Professional

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Business Solutions Professional to join our team. This role will play a key part in driving strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organisation.

About the Role:

  • Lead business requirements elicitation for assigned projects, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Drive business discussions and manage project scope to align with organisational goals.
  • Engage in senior stakeholder management, providing regular updates to leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7–12 years of experience in the banking industry, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects or programs.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in leading banks.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders independently.
  • Mandatory experience in AML and Compliance domains.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Actimize, Detica, Fircosoft, Quantexa, Tookitaki.
  • Exposure to AI/ML technologies and workflow applications is a plus.
