Strategic Business Solution Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to implement business solutions for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to take on key roles in delivering business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution: Arrange meetings to understand potential clients' business solution requirements, conduct site surveys, prepare client systems, and provide onsite installation and training.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide timely support and resolutions for clients' enquiries and system issues, replace faulty hardware, and test new system features or fixes.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Information Technology (preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge and experience in working with Point of Sale (POS) systems (added advantage)
  • Responsible individual with high initiative, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to handle pressure and ambiguity, and willingness to learn.
