Centre Support Professional

Job Description:
The Centre Support Professional plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our centre. Key responsibilities include conducting administrative and operational tasks, managing student sign-ups and retention, liaising with customers, resolving grievances, assisting with customer payments and maintaining accurate files for auditing. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist with performance reviews and student promotions, update HQ about student enrolment, trial lessons, and student withdrawal, handle petty cash at centre, safeguard student welfare and safety, and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess a Diploma-level qualification or higher and have a minimum 3 years of relevant work experience preferably in Education, Retail, Airlines, or any other customer-centric industries. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. You should be kind and nurturing when interacting with children, professional and courteous when communicating with parents/guardians, proficient with MS Office and Excel, and willing to work both weekends and three weekdays.
