Senior Property Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to lead our estate management team. As a key member of our property division, you will be responsible for the overall management of our properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with local authorities.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all services are rendered with due diligence.
  • Manage and maintain strata rolls, prepare annual general meeting documents, and sinking fund schedules.
  • Liaise and coordinate with local authorities on matters related to the estate.
  • Evaluate quotations, recommend ad-hoc repair works, and termed contracts.
  • Prepare tender specifications and documents for major upgrading or repair works.
  • Manage arrear cases and make recommendations to the council on enforcement actions.
