Senior Property Management Executive

This is a senior role in property management, responsible for delivering exceptional property services and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have superb organisational skills, be proactive, and able to work effectively with site managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of property management services, including site upkeep and emergency/crisis management plans.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building statutory requirements and client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in property management, preferably with experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
