Trade Marketing Assistant Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Marketing Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of the sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing plans and strategies to drive brand visibility and sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, marketing, or a related field, with at least 5 to 7 years of experience in trade marketing or FMCG industry. You will work closely with the sales team and BD team to develop and implement sales promotion, conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing trade marketing plans and strategies to drive brand visibility and sales growth
  • Working closely with the sales team and BD team to develop and implement sales promotion
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key retailers and distributors
  • Planning and implementing in-store promotions, displays, and other marketing activities
  • Planning, organizing, and participating in trade shows to promote the brand, showcase products, and generate leads

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Sales, International Business or related disciplines
  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience in trade marketing or FMCG industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in using marketing tools and office software
  • Cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and teams
  • Experience in project management is advantageous
