Dining Establishment Attendant - Sanitation and Maintenance Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Dining Establishment Attendant to maintain a clean and hygienic environment in our dining establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the restaurant meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Main Responsibilities
- Sweep and mop floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Clean kitchen equipment to prevent cross-contamination
- Dispose of garbage bags to maintain a clean and tidy area
- Maintain cooking areas by sweeping and mopping regularly
- Ensure toilets are clean and well-stocked for guests
- Replenish soap, toilet paper, and paper towel as needed

Requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent cleaning and sanitation skills
- Physical fitness to perform tasks that require standing and walking for long periods
- Well-mannered and courteous when interacting with guests

Working Conditions
- 6-day workweek, including weekends and public holidays
