About the Role:This key position oversees cleanliness and food safety within our culinary departments. The Cleanliness Supervisor will be responsible for implementing high standards of hygiene, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and developing procedures to maintain these standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensuring Food Safety: Conduct daily checks on food handling and storage in line with Group FSMS, HACCP, and SFA guidelines.
- HACCP Certification: Oversee the certification and maintenance of HACCP standards across all kitchens and bars.
- Developing Procedures: Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cleanliness and food safety management.
- Material Procurement: Manage the ordering and procurement of materials related to hygiene.
- Supplier Audits: Coordinate audits with suppliers, kitchen licenses, and halal certification renewal processes.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly reports on operational hygiene gaps and trends.
- Meetings and Training: Chair monthly FSMS/HACCP meetings to review findings and develop action plans, providing regular training on best practices.
- Familiarity with Regulations: Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
