Cleanliness Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance at our hotel premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and tidiness of all areas of the hotel
  • Ensure that guest rooms, dorms, and capsules are cleaned to the highest standard in accordance with our hotel policies and procedures
  • Clean shared toilet/shower rooms for capsule-only hotels
  • Maintain public areas such as lobbies, lounges, and pantries
  • Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored safely and in good condition
  • Report any faults or damages in various locations within the hotel
  • Inspect and turn linens for outgoing washing or returning from laundry contractors
  • Respond to housekeeping calls from guests or supervisors as required
  • Update daily cleaning reports and submit them to supervisors at the end of each shift for review and filing
Requirements:
  • Possess a positive attitude and be willing to learn and grow with the company
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to shift work
  • The nature of the job is physically demanding, requiring tasks such as climbing, changing linens, and lifting laundry loads
  • No prior experience is required, as training will be provided
