We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Housekeeping Associate at our esteemed hotel. As a vital member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our hotel guestrooms, ensuring a high level of satisfaction among our guests.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness of hotel guestrooms, including making beds, dusting rooms, vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Replenish amenities according to hotel room standards.
- Inspect room facilities and report any defects to Assistant Housekeeper/Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Turn over lost and found items to Housekeeping Department.
- Attend to guest requests promptly.
- Undertake other duties as requested by Supervisors.
Requirements:
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-oriented with a pleasant disposition.
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
