Job Summary

To ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, we are seeking a skilled Dish Cleaning Professional to join our dynamic kitchen team.

  • Operate dishwashing equipment to clean plates, bowls, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools efficiently and safely.
  • Sort, rinse, scrub, and load dirty dishes into dishwashing machines or sinks while adhering to strict hygiene protocols.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in designated dishwashing and back-of-house areas.
  • Dispose of kitchen waste properly and keep work areas free of clutter to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist in cleaning floors, work surfaces, and other back-of-house areas as required, contributing to a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ensure all cleaned items are dried and returned to their appropriate storage locations, streamlining our kitchen operations.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods, ensuring stamina and physical fitness.
  • Comfortable working in a hot and fast-paced kitchen environment, adapting to changing demands.
  • Prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen cleaning is an advantage but not required, as we provide comprehensive training.
  • Willingness to perform repetitive tasks with speed and consistency, contributing to our high-quality service.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Able to start immediate or on short notice, ensuring seamless team integration.
