Regional HR Director Role

We are seeking a seasoned Regional HR Director to lead our Human Resources function in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the HR function across Group's regional entities, ensuring seamless integration and effective implementation of HR programs.
  • Develop and implement a performance management framework that promotes a high-performance culture and drives business results.
  • Design and administer compensation structures and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with business objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering strong working relationships.
  • Establish and maintain HR systems, procedures, and policies that support organizational growth and compliance.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top talent, leveraging creative sourcing strategies and innovative recruitment techniques.
  • Support organizational growth by developing initiatives that enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Identify training needs and oversee the implementation and evaluation of training programs that drive business impact.
  • Provide HR analytics and insights to management for informed decision-making, ensuring data-driven HR strategies.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
  • About 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the re/insurance industry
  • Prior regional HR experience within Southeast Asia region would be advantageous
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
