Roles and Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a dedicated Baker to join our team in supporting the Chief Baker and Sous Chef/Jr Sous Chef.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing all baked goods, French pastries, and other baked items according to our standard operating procedures.
- This includes preparing ingredients, handling baking equipment, packing and storing raw materials and finished goods, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area.
- In addition, the Baker will be responsible for decorating pastries and desserts for tasteful presentation.
- Able to practice cleanliness, follow basic hygiene requirements, and maintain good personal hygiene.
- We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing efficient and friendly service standards, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality baked goods.
Key Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of Bakery experience.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic food hygienic certification preferred.
- Able to work weekends and public holidays.
