Restaurant Leadership Position

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our food service team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing restaurant operations, including menu planning, staff supervision, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presentation and Sales:

    Present menus to customers, take orders, and suggest suitable options based on their preferences.

  • Customer Service:

    Respond promptly and professionally to customer needs or requests.

  • Quality Control:

    Evaluate the quality of dishes before serving to ensure consistency and excellence.

  • Retail Management:

    Arrange tables and maintain cleanliness within the retail area.

  • Cash Handling:

    Perform cashier duties, including handling cash transactions accurately.

  • Wine List Management:

    Create and update wine lists in coordination with the Executive Chef, recommend pairings, and advise guests on wines based on their personal tastes and food choices.

  • Inventory Management:

    Negotiate purchase prices with vendors, manage beverage inventory and costing.

  • Time Management:

    Ensure tasks are completed in a reasonable timeframe to maintain a smooth retail operation.

  • Team Collaboration:

    Foster teamwork and independence among staff members.

  • Accountability:

    Demonstrate punctuality, responsibility, and a positive working attitude.
