As an Assistant Manager, Trust Administration (Private Clients), you will be responsible for supporting Trust Relationship Managers by delivering a full suite of trust and corporate services to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4-6 years of experience in trust administration, with a strong knowledge of the trust regulatory and compliance regime. You will be detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and minimum supervision, and possess strong work ethics, professionalism, and approachability.
You will work closely with our Private Clients function to provide high-quality services to our clients, including processing bank account opening documents, credit facilities, insurance transfer/purchase documents, and distribution requests.
You will also be responsible for conducting administrative reviews on existing trust and company structures, such as periodic reviews and transaction monitoring, and complying with the Group's internal control and audit standards.
In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will be a strong communicator and team player, able to participate in ad hoc projects or matters as required.
