Gallery Operations Support

The Gallery Operations Support role is a vital position within our organization, requiring the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Assist with opening and closing the gallery on weekdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
  • Ensure the gallery is neat and organized at all times, maintaining high standards of professionalism.
  • Support logistics for gallery displays and product samples, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.

Visitor & Client Support

As a Gallery Operations Support team member, you will be responsible for greeting visitors and attending to their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Provide information about our company, products, and gallery layout, showcasing knowledge and enthusiasm.
  • Maintain accurate records of client visits and sales leads, utilizing strong administrative skills.

Administration & Coordination

You will play a key role in managing appointment bookings, calls, and emails, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

  • Assist with guest registration, refreshments, and general hospitality during events and tours.
  • Support logistical efforts during client events, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • O Levels or equivalent qualification.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design software or CRM systems.
