Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Manager to join our team at Stamford Land Management PTE LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition efforts and driving business growth through strategic HR initiatives.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
  • Partner with function leaders to understand current and future business needs and build a talent acquisition ecosystem that meets those needs.
  • Review and implement group recruitment processes for sourcing, pre-screening, assessing, and interviewing candidates.
  • Conduct talent mapping and develop tracking systems for key roles within the organization.
  • Analyze recruitment sources and optimize the recruitment budget to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Act as an in-house recruiter for selected positions and conduct orientation programs for new hires.
  • Standardize job descriptions to a standard format and maintain accurate records of employee relations support.
  • Collate and analyze HR turnover and hiring reports from Australia and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Organize lunchtime training sessions for employees and draft/update HR-related documents such as job descriptions, employee handbooks, performance appraisals, and policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in talent acquisition.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
