  • Coordinate and liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, authorities, and internal stakeholders to deliver a successful project.">
  • Ensure site work complies with safety, health, environmental, and regulatory requirements.">
  • Monitor project costs, manpower, and materials to achieve efficiency.">
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues.">
  • Lead site meetings, prepare progress reports, and update management on project status.">
  • Handle claims, variations, and ensure proper documentation.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is required.">
  • At least 5 years' experience in civil/infrastructure projects.">
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and regulations in Singapore.">
  • Proven ability to lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and deliver projects successfully.">
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software.">
  • Strong problem-solving skills, leadership, and communication abilities.">
