Job Title: Site Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a Site Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for managing hardware and infrastructure software configurations, changes, and documentation at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuration & Documentation: Manage hardware and infrastructure software configurations, changes, and documentation, ensuring that all systems are up-to-date and running smoothly.
  • Change & Incident Management: Handle change requests, service requests, and escalate incidents, including security-related issues, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Asset & License Tracking: Maintain detailed asset documentation and track software licenses, subscriptions, and end-of-life cycles, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • System Health Monitoring: Conduct system and application health checks, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues quickly.
  • Risk Assessment & Compliance: Perform vulnerability management system (VMS) scans, compliance checks, and configure compliance templates to ensure that all systems meet required standards.
  • Reporting & Reviews: Generate monthly reports covering SLA, incidents, availability, performance, audit logs, user access reviews, and log reviews to provide visibility into system operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in infrastructure management, system administration, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with change management, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring.

Desirable Skills:

  • ITIL v4 certification.
  • CCNA or relevant industry certifications.
  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and cybersecurity practices.
  • Hands-on expertise in automation and scripting for process improvements.
