Corporate Office Infrastructure Project Manager

This role plays a pivotal part in managing and executing corporate office infrastructure, fit-out, and facilities-related projects. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily operations/project delivery with a focus on safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

The successful candidate will oversee on-site technical execution of fit-out, renovation, maintenance, infrastructure projects, system upgrades, and capital improvements in live corporate environments. They will coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure minimal disruption to business functions during operations/project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Execution & Workplace Project Delivery: Oversee on-site technical execution of fit-out, renovation, maintenance, infrastructure projects, system upgrades, and capital improvements in live corporate environments.
  • Team Leadership & People Management: Directly manage junior engineers/technicians, provide coaching, skill development, and performance feedback to drive team efficiency and growth.
  • Vendor & Contractor Management: Oversee all on-site vendor and contractor activities, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery in line with contractual obligations.
  • Budget Planning & Cost Control: Provide input into the annual budget for workplace projects and ongoing facilities management, track project costs, validate vendor invoices, and support cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
  • Workplace Compliance & Safety: Ensure all workplace activities follow safety protocols, fire regulations, and local building codes.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date site reports, operation trackers, as-built drawings, warranties, handover documents, and snag lists.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to coordinate office space readiness and facilities enhancements.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of day-to-day site activities and ability to manage the site with limited supervision.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a corporate real estate or office infrastructure environment.
  • Exposure to managing contractors and vendors in an office or commercial real estate environment.
  • Must have worked closely with senior engineers, facility managers, or main contractors, providing day-to-day technical support and coordination.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of MEP services, HVAC system, critical equipment, fire protection system, BMS systems, structured cabling, office interiors, and building infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (PPT, Excel, AutoCAD) and documentation systems.
