Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a Site Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing infrastructure projects from concept to completion.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed designs for infrastructure projects, taking into account site-specific constraints and requirements.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and site inspections to identify potential issues and opportunities.
  • Prepare and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Research and provide estimates for projects, including costs, materials, and labor.
  • Review government regulations and ordinances to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain and optimize safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide recommendations or present alternative solutions to problems.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years' industry experience may be strongly desired.
  • Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Competent ability in English.
  • Flexibility to work at weekends and public holidays.
