About the Role

As a Course Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of part-time courses within the Continuing Education and Training Division.

Your key responsibilities will include coordinating intake activities such as publicity, class enrolment, and communication with various stakeholders. This will involve working closely with applicants, sponsoring companies, trainers, and government agencies on course and funding matters.

You will also be responsible for supporting and handling the administration of online courses and the learning management system, responding to course inquiries, compiling intake data, and conducting surveys.
