Job Title: Electrical Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading electrical projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion of electrical projects.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Techincal Expertise: Collaborate with engineers to prepare shop drawings and provide technical guidance to site teams.
  • Safety Protocols: Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of materials ordered, delivered, and used on site.
  • Client Relationship: Coordinate with site staff to ensure smooth delivery of projects, meeting client expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills with experience in electrical project management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Knowledge: Technical knowledge of electrical systems, including design, installation, and testing.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
