Job Title: Electrical Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced electrical project lead to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading electrical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, with optimal quality, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead electrical projects, including planning, resource allocation, and cost control.
  • Evaluate price comparisons and costing summaries to ensure optimal project value.
  • Coordinate with personnel to obtain project cost estimates and control project scope.
  • Source and order materials for projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Conduct cost analyses to enhance overall project value and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of construction experience as an Electrical Project Manager in Singapore.
  • Able to work independently and proficient in MS Office applications and AutoCad.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Beyond the requirements, our ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, have a proactive approach to problem-solving, and be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
