We deliver end-to-end project solutions across commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential developments. We are looking for a driven and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team.Job Responsibilities Lead and manage electrical projects from design coordination through to completion and handover. Liaise with consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, and government authorities (e.g., EMA, BCA, SP Group) to ensure smooth execution. Review electrical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with design intent and local codes. Plan and manage project schedules, manpower allocation, procurement, and site activities. Monitor and control project costs to avoid overruns and ensure timely progress claims. Supervise site team, including engineers and supervisors, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and work procedures. Conduct inspections, testing & commissioning of LV, ELV, and power distribution systems. Prepare project documentation: method statements, risk assessments, progress reports, and handover documentation. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field. At least 5 years of experience in electrical project management in Singapore's construction/M&E sector. Strong technical knowledge in LV systems, switchboards, lighting, earthing, ELV, and fire alarm systems. Familiar with local codes and standards (SS, EMA, BCA, SCDF). Proven ability to lead project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage deadlines under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, AutoCAD.
