Electrical Project Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in our electrical projects team. As an Electrical Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of electrical projects from planning to execution, ensuring they meet the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and components, as well as excellent project management skills. You will be able to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, technicians, and contractors.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact the project.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that electrical systems and components meet quality and safety standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and suppliers.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
