Job Title: Outbound Call Agent (Call Centre)

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Outbound Call Agent to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills.

About the Role

This role will involve making outbound calls to follow up on payment related to hospital bills, handling inbound calls on payment related to hospital bills, and general customer service duties. You will be responsible for providing billing information to patients, sending statement of accounts, and managing receivables.

Requirements
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary / Pre-U /A level / College, Professional Certificate or equivalent
