Outbound Sales Representative

Are you a motivated sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure?

We are seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to engage them and secure appointments.

Your main goal will be to build and maintain customer relationships through phone, email, and other digital channels. You will also be responsible for addressing customer enquiries and objections with professionalism and confidence.

To succeed in this role, you will need to meet business conversion targets, including contact and appointment rates. You will also need to accurately record and update lead information, activities, and appointment details.

You will be required to conduct call activities in compliance with regulations and company quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1 year of prior experience in outbound sales
  • Required to work on saturdays (half day)
