About This Position

The Science of Learning serves as our roadmap, empowering you to design innovative learning contexts that enhance academic achievement and foster a love of learning. You will leverage evidence-based strategies to cultivate essential 21st-century skills, enabling students to become 'changemakers' in their communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a forward-thinking learning environment that prioritizes cognitive science and equips learners for success in the modern world.
  • Employ data-driven approaches to develop essential 21st-century skills and empower students to drive positive change in their communities.
  • Cultivate a collaborative teaching and learning culture within the school, fostering a spirit of innovation and excellence.

Requirements
  • A recognized bachelor's degree in teaching, education or a specialist related field of study.
  • A minimum of three years successful full-time teaching experience in a K-12 school.
  • Familiarity with the IPC or an inquiry-based learning approach is highly desirable.
  • International school teaching experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of curriculum and program development is beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with cognitive science-based teaching and learning is highly advantageous.
